William McCabe , Co-CEO Nextec Applications Inc.

William McCabe has over 33 years experience in the textile and apparel sourcing industries in North America. McCabe spent 18 of the years in the Outdoor and Golf Industries developing and growing brands such as Serac, Difini Golfwear and Sun-Ice. Prior to his successful career in the Outdoor and Golf industries McCabe with a partner purchased Arthur Kahn Textiles and developed it into a leading high performance fabric producer.

Peter Santoro , Co-CEO Nextec Applications Inc.

Peter Santoro has over 20 years of investment banking, merchant banking, corporate development, business start-up, and turn-around experience. In 2000 he co-founded Aramar Capital, a boutique investment bank focused on middle market mergers and acquisitions. Prior to co-founding Aramar Capital, he was one of three officers running Chase Industries, a New York Stock Exchange listed industrial manufacturing business. In addition, he has worked as an investment banker at Salomon Smith Barney and PaineWebber. Mr. Santoro received a Master of Management degree from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management with concentrations in finance, accounting, and organizational behavior.
